We want happy and satisfied customers. If you should receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact Silver Moon Bath & Spa Specialties, LLC immediately. We will assess the situation and offer possible options. Because of the nature of our inventory, any returns, exchanges and/or refunds will need to be approved by store management.
